The website outlines details of a 2004 County Court judgement relating to the existence of an Extended Recourse Amendment to Agreement that American Express require all prospective merchants in the legal sex industry to sign. According to reports, Amex Cardholders that dispute their statement charge for a brothel/escort transaction are often not queried or fully investigated and Amex simply charge back to the merchant short-circuiting the normal process.
