To ensure the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) can provide you with an annual statement, it is important you notify the BLA of any changes to your details, particularly change of residential or postal address.

To update your details, complete and lodge the Small owner-operators – registration renewal/update online. https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/businesses/licensed-businesses/sex-work-service-providers/small-owner-operators

Your annual statement will be sent to your postal address within six weeks prior to the date you became registered. If you do not receive the annual statement contact the BLA on 1300 135 452 or BLA@justice.vic.gov.au

You can lodge your annual statement in one of the following ways:
