The Arrest Referral Program (ARP) supports and advocates for people charged with drug related offences who have linkages with the City of Port Phillip. ARP works in partnership with the Courts, Victoria Police, Correctional Services, health, community and legal services using a harm minimisation framework and can assist you with access to free legal advice.
